Scope agrees to merge with Quadsec

In an agreement reached today, the management teams of Scope Consulting and Quadsec have agreed to merge and form Scope InfoSec, a new InfoSec division of Scope Consulting. Scope and Quadsec have collaborated for over 12 months delivering InfoSec solutions to major corporations in the UK. Craig McDermott, the MD of Quadsec will join Scope as Chief Information Security Officer. Commenting on the merger, Mr McDermott said "This is a logical next step in the collaboration between the two companies. We can now provide a greater range of service to clients using a single brand." Scope InfoSec will offer PCI and ISO27000 consultants and undertake a wide range of physical and logical security assignments.

Scope becomes European Master VAR for Corda's data visualisation offerings

In an agreement signed today, Scope Consulting has been appointed Master VAR for Corda in France, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Corda's class leading CenterView data visualisation tool is the choice of leading organisations around the world. Combining these tools with Scope's data visualisation, business intelligence and process improvement capabilities will accelerate the growth of both companies within Europe. As part of the Master VAR agreement, Scope will provide a full range of consultancy, training and support services via Corda certified staff.
